For nearly forty years Sotheby?s Institute of Art has been preparing students for careers in the international art world. Our faculty includes scholars and renowned practitioners in various fields of the art world. The Institute has over 5,000 alumni worldwide, many of whom direct galleries, work in museums, foundations and auction houses or pursue careers in art journalism, consulting and related professions. Based in London?s Bedford Square in Bloomsbury, the Institute also runs evening courses, day courses, summer courses and 15 week courses.
