For our London operation we are seeking to expand and looking for a:

Co-Director

Your challenge

Working in a dynamic partnership with the current London Gallery Director, you will coordinate day-to-day operations for our two locations in the city. You will represent our London Galleries and be instrumental in the sale of artworks. Your strong leadership skills will be required to manage approximately twenty employees. You will organize, coordinate and run internal exhibitions. You will also oversee the Galleries’ public relations and marketing activities, including the ongoing operation of the website.

Our requirements

We seek a professional with years of experience as a senior executive of an international contemporary arts organization or comparable luxury sector business. You must have a proven track record in both operational management and sales. The position requires someone charismatic with exceptional interpersonal skills and a talent for leadership through emotional intelligence, pragmatism and structural thinking. Excellent written and spoken English are required. Ability in German language is an advantage. You will be based in London and should expect to travel.
