I cannot wait to try chef Masaharu Morimoto’s new Miami flagship, Morimoto South Beach, set to open in the Shelborne Wyndham Grand. Full disclosure: I will be organising a show of work by Teresita Fernández in the lobby.
My favourite place for a drink:
I plan to check out my friend Jeffrey Jah’s Bar Naná pop-up.
My favourite leisure activity:
My daily routine begins—very early—with a morning walk along the beach. When possible, I take a dip in the ocean. One year, I actually closed a deal for a major Twombly painting on the Miami Beach boardwalk.
