The collector Alan Lau has donated a performance piece, Guards Kissing, 2002, by Tino Sehgal. Other works are by Hong Kong-based artists including Gaylord Chan and Liu Heung Shing. The museum has also recently acquired works by international artists such as Candice Breitz. M+ will be housed in a 62,000 sq. m space in the West Kowloon Cultural District, overlooking Victoria Harbour.
